As the real estate market comes down from its post-COVID high and levels out due to higher interest rates, there’s more and more land coming on market. This means landowners who are serious about selling their land need to ensure their listings stand out. Other than a competitive price – which is the most critical component of a good listing – it’s very important to get good photos of your land.
I recommend using a local drone pilot to get both ground and aerial photos of your land, and ask them to include lot lines – particularly in the aerial photos – so it’s clear where your property is located.
